Today in class.
Math: Students extended patterns and worked with forumlas that were more complex. We will have a quiz tomorrow on patterns such as the letter I, X, L, T or the painted rods. This will involve completing a TChart and discovering a pattern. It will also involve trying to create formulas to solve for any number. It will be very similar to what we have been doing in class.
Language Arts: We discussed finding evidence from text to support ideas. We are working on how to write a response to literature by paying attention to details. We read the next chapter of the Revealers today.
Social Studies: We are continuing to explore land and water terms and used Google Earth today to find a variety of landforms nearby that illustrate the definitions.
Science: Today we did a team-wide experiment about expanding molecules.
